ASIMO - the first choir master robot

17 May 2008 10:05

In the United States of America, a robot conducted the symphonic orchestra, for the first time, a very appreciated performance by the public of Detroit.

The musicians were very satisfied of the concert conducted by the ASIMO robot ( Advanced Step in Innovative Mobility ), made by the Japanese from Honda.

This robot, even if it has an amazing mobility, it can’t react at the orchestra. “This is the only missing thing at this robot. We knew when he has to stop, so we stopped at the same time with it”, said a member of the orchestra.
