You can say bye bye to the tears produced by the onions when cutting them because a team of researchers from the USA made a pair of some special glasses that protect your eyes against irritant vapors, says “The Telegraph”.

The glasses are similar to the ones used by scuba-divers, having on the sides a special foam that protects the eyes. They have an anti-fog system too, being extremely efficient every time it’s getting hot in the kitchen. “This is a very simple solution but efficient for a problem that we all know about”, said Sonia Spencer, one of the invention distributors in England.

These special glasses are available in white or black and cost about 19 euro.
